Service Request & Repair Center
Cuckoo America offers in-person repair service requests for rice cookers at our authorized store locations. This service applies only to rice cooker models currently listed on our official website. For your convenience, you can complete a repair request form and receive a free in-person repair estimate at any of our service request centers.
You may drop off your rice cooker at the Service Request Center, and we will transfer it to our Repair Center. Once the repair is completed, your product will be returned to the same Service Request Center for pickup.

All rice cookers listed on our official website include a 1-year warranty, which covers free service repairs.

For rice cookers outside the warranty period, standard repair fees will apply.
Important: For discontinued or non-operating models, services may be limited. Please contact our Call Center before bringing in your product.
